These Terms of Service explain how Interview Assistant may be used, how subscriptions and license activation work, and what users are responsible for.

Product name

Interview Assistant is a desktop application and related online service for interview preparation, mock interviews, speech-recognition workflows, local notes, license activation, and paid subscription access.

Desktop application and online services

The product includes a desktop app and supporting online services such as website pages, downloads, update metadata, support, license activation, and subscription status checks.

Account, license, and subscription access

Paid features require a valid license or subscription. Access may be connected to the purchase email, license key, license status, device activation records, and signed local status used by the desktop app.

Acceptable use

Users must use Interview Assistant lawfully and must not attempt to abuse, bypass, reverse engineer, overload, resell, or misuse the app, license system, website, or online services.

Payment and billing provider

Payments are handled by the payment provider shown at checkout. That provider may act as the payment provider, merchant of record, or billing provider and may process payment details, invoices, taxes, renewals, cancellations, and billing support according to its own terms, privacy notices, and checkout flow.

Subscription periods

The intended subscription periods are 1 month for $19.99, 3 months for $49.99, 6 months for $79.99, and 12 months for $119.99. The checkout page is the authoritative place for the final price, currency, taxes, renewal terms, and billing details shown before purchase.

License activation

The desktop app activates paid access with the license key delivered by email. The license system may limit the number of active devices. The default activation limit is 2 active devices unless the license record or plan states otherwise.

User responsibility for interview use

Users are responsible for deciding when and how to use Interview Assistant. Users must follow applicable interview rules, employer policies, platform rules, confidentiality duties, and local laws.

No guarantee of employment or interview outcome

Interview Assistant is a preparation and productivity tool. It does not guarantee a job offer, interview success, hiring result, score, or any specific employment outcome.

Intellectual property

Interview Assistant, the website, app design, text, software, and related materials are owned by Interview Assistant or its licensors. Users receive only the right to use the product according to these terms and their active license.

Service availability

The website, downloads, license checks, update checks, and support services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, provider outages, network issues, security work, or product changes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Interview Assistant is provided without warranties beyond those required by law, and Interview Assistant is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-opportunity damages.
