Interview Assistant is a digital desktop software subscription with online license activation and paid access to app features.

Plans

The intended subscription plans are 1 month for $19.99, 3 months for $49.99, 6 months for $79.99, and 12 months for $119.99. The checkout page shows final billing details before purchase.

How to request a refund

Refund requests should be made through Interview Assistant support and, where available, through the billing or customer support flow provided after purchase by the payment provider. Contact us through 支持.

Case-by-case review

Refunds are reviewed case by case. We aim to handle requests professionally and fairly, using purchase status, license activation, technical access, support history, and billing context.

When a refund may be possible

A refund may be possible for accidental duplicate purchases, billing mistakes, or a technical inability to access the product that support cannot reasonably resolve.

When a refund may be refused

A refund may be refused where the subscription or license was used for a meaningful period, abuse or policy misuse is suspected, the request is outside a reasonable period, or the issue is unrelated to product access or billing.

Cancellation and past paid periods

Cancellation stops future renewal where applicable, but it does not automatically refund past paid periods unless this policy, payment-provider handling, or applicable law requires a refund.

Mandatory consumer rights

If local consumer law gives mandatory refund, cancellation, or withdrawal rights, those rights remain unaffected by this policy.
